The Trace Technology Limited (TTL) is the IT Solution provider and a privately held company whose offices are located in Osthahi Monjil, KA – 145/24, Nayanagor, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229. The company has been operating since 2013. Through a network of employees and consultants, located all around the country. TTL specializes in Sales, Support and Maintenance of Microsoft Solutions, Server& Storage Solutions, Data backup Solutions, Structured Network Solutions, Security Surveillance Solutions, IT Consulting, Web Development and Software Development to Small and Midsize Businesses (SMBs), Corporate Offices, Multinational Companies, NGOs, and Government institutions in Bangladesh. We are a group of young and experienced energetic professionals working as the driving force behind the TTL since its inception in Bangladesh. Our front-end sales team has continuous support from the technical pre-sales team, which understands the client’s requirements and helps them choose the right solutions. Then there are the dedicated field support teams that provide systems, hardware and networking solutions, software and O/S support as well as communication, power and datacenters. Another technical team supports escalations on hardware and software of technical personnel from the field maintenance group.

We impart regular in-house training so that the sales and support teams remain updated about the latest developments in their respective fields. This institutionalized training helps to improve their competence levels and increases their skill sets to match the fast-changing nature of the IT industry with the right combination of encouragement, innovation and empowerment of employees.
